In VT we had our own outside entrance to room as in case the room was all of our house. In NY and VA you’d your own bedroom in the same house with the additional guests.
Regardless of whichever style you choose, if you have never stayed at a bed & breakfast you should. 1 was wonderful an individual also really felt like your story were part for the owner’s family while you stayed there.
